Carroll Vineyard in Edna Valley has the oldest Chardonnay vines in Edna Valley, planted in 1968. It lies just to the south of the large Edna Valley winery in the heart of the AVA. The old vines are truly special for making sparkling wine. In our opinion, this Chardonnay petillant natural is the closest methode ancestrale wine you can get to vintage Champagne. Asian pear, granny smith apple, lemon meringue flavors prevail. Super fresh!
