This biodynamic winery does a wonderful job of making spot-on Burgunday in Eastern Austria! Smoky toasted hazelnut and fresh herbs surround yellow apple and pear, with lemon peel and earthy hay on the finish. The finish is fresh despite the aromatic weight. It lasts and lasts. Smoked fish and poultry are spot-on. Only 150 cases came into the USA.
