A tannic wine with leather, charcuterie, and sage on the nose. The palate is
smooth and elegant with cassis and blackberry. Smooth and elegant, there
are flavors of dark raspberry and black cherry, laced with white pepper
and black olive. Fruit-forward on the fresh finish, it is a natural with bbq
pork, blackened chicken, tacos, or burgers.
